The University of Camerino(UNICAM) seven centuries
after its foundation remains young in spirit and continues to make major
contributions to the economic, social and cultural life of the town and its
region.
UNICAM was the first
university in Italy to introduce quality control procedures in its
institutional activities according to the international norms UNI EN ISO
9001:2000 by the French certifying company GROUPE AFAQ.
Out of 8,000 registered students the percentage of international
students coming from more than 50 different countries has reached 10%,
more than three times the national average.
UNICAM boasts of building

sole purpose of the evaluation and they will be processed according to

The deadline to submit an online application on the HEC portal www.scholarship.hec.gov.pk under learning opportunities abroad is Thursday, 9th December 2024.
Only those applicants are considered under the Chinese Government Scholarship Program 2025-26 who already have a valid HAT or USAT score (score obtained after January 01, 2022) or (score obtained on or after December 09, 2023). Applicant must submit a valid score on the HEC portal during application submission for consideration.
With a view to enhancing educational cooperation
between China and Pakistan, the Chinese Scholarship Council, Govt. of China is
offering Pakistani students/scholars to study and conduct research in Chinese
Universities. On behalf of Govt. of Pakistan, HEC is the nominating agency for
these scholarships in the academic year 2024-25.
China Scholarship Council (CSC), entrusted by the
Ministry of Education, People's Republic of China, is responsible for the
enrollment and the administration of Chinese Government Scholarship Program. Qualified applicants can apply for scholarships for Undergraduate/Bachelor, Masters & Doctoral/PhD programs in their respective fields of study.
Designated Chinese Universities offer a wide variety
of academic programs in Science,
Engineering, Agriculture, Medicine, Economics, Legal Studies, Management,
Education, History, Literature, Philosophy and Fine Arts etc. for scholarship
recipients at all levels.

* Preparatory Chinese language study year is mandatory for Undergraduate programs; however, it can be exempted for the candidate with already having Chinese Proficiency of HSK level 3 (validity period: 2 years). For Masters and PhD, Chinese and
English taught programs are offered widely in Chinese Universities for
Pakistani students.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1.Applicants
must be Pakistani/AJ&K nationals. Dual nationality holders are not eligible
to apply.
2.Applicants must be in good
health.
3.Applicants with incomplete
degrees on the closing date of application are not allowed to apply.
4.Applicants for the Undergraduate/Bachelors program must have intermediate/A-level/FA-FSC (12
years) of education and be under the age of 25 at the time of application.
5.Applicants for the Masters program must have a bachelor's degree (16 years) and be under the age of 35 at the time of application.
6.Applicants for PhD/Doctoral
program must have a Masters degree MS/MPhil (17/18 years) and be under the age
of 40 years at the time of application.
7.Meet the application requirements as prescribed on the China Scholarship Council website & portal.
8.Meet the admission
requirements of the applied universities in terms of academic eligibility,
language proficiency and other relevant criteria.
9.Applicants may not be in
receipt of any other types of scholarship currently.
10.All applicants are required
to provide HAT or USAT test scores. Applicant must have obtained a minimum
score of 50 out of 100 in HAT or USAT test. Those applicants who have taken the HAT or USAT test on or after 9th December 2022 may upload the test result on the HEC portal for consideration (score obtained on or after December 09, 2023).Without providing a minimum HAT or USAT test score (50 out of 100), applications will not be considered for further processing.
FINANCIAL COVERAGE
·Tuition Funds. Tuition funds will be comprehensively used by the host
university. It may cover education, administration costs, health insurance and
expenditures to support student activities.
·Accommodation: Free university dormitory or accommodation subsidy to
each awardee.
·Stipend: As per China Govt. Scholarship Program subject to
change.
·Undergraduate students: CNY

·Travel expenditure would be
borne by the scholarship winners themselves. HEC will have no financial

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Perspective
applicants are not required to submit any document (hard copies) to HEC at this
stage of application process. Only shortlisted candidates will be required to
submit following documents in English or Chinese. In case of any other
language, document must be attached with notarized translation in English or
Chinese. To avoid any inconvenience later on, perspective applicants are
directed to prepare application dossier as per following detail;
1.Copy of signed
application form of HEC in separate spiral binding. No other document to be
attached with HEC application form.
2.Copy of signed application
form of CSC application portal along with following document.
3.Attested copies of all
educational documents, one photocopy of CNIC/B-form, Domicile, IBCC
equivalency certificate (if applicable) and HEC equivalency if applicable.
4.A Study Plan or Research
Proposal in Chinese or English. (A minimum of 200 words for undergraduates, 500
words for non-degree students, and 800 words for postgraduates), language
proficiency certificate or IELTS/TOEFL/HSK score (where applicable), copy of
valid ordinary passport till March 01, 2026 (first two pages).
5.Photocopy of the Physical Examination Record for
foreigners should be completed in English. (The original copy should be kept by
the applicant.) The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Physical Examination Record, including basic blood test reports for foreigners, as per Chinese government policy.
6.The forms with incomplete
records or without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp
of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicant are invalid. Please select the appropriate time to take a physical examination, as the result is valid for only 6 months.
7.Non-criminal Record (Police
Clearance Certificate) not older than six months before the application
deadline.
8.Apply to the target universities for the pre-admission letter (optional) for Masters & PhD before submitting an online application if available. HEC/CSC cannot guarantee the
enrollment of your target university if no pre-admission notice is acquired
from the applicant. Applicants for Masters & PhD with admission documents
will obtain priority in winning the Chinese Government Scholarships.
9.Applicants for graduate
programs must submit two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English from
professors or associate professors.
10.In case of employment, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the applicant's employer will be required.
11. Applicants under the
age of 18 should submit the valid documents of their legal guardians in China.

in time may lead to automatic rejection.

any stage, HEC reserves the right to cancel and debar for all future
scholarships as well as impose a penalty, as decided by HEC.

2.Before applying, kindly
update your HEC profile with latest email/cell number & updated
information. You are advised to complete and submit your application as soon as
possible, as the online application system will be very busy in the days leading
up to the application deadline. After successful submission of the application at the HEC portal, retain a printed copy of the application form signed by yourself.
3. Submit an online application
at the CSC web portal at http://www.campuschina.org/ or https://www.csc.edu.cn/through program Type: A and Agency No.5861. Download the submitted copy of the complete application form from the Chinese Scholarship Council portal, and print & retain a signed copy with yourself.

5.Submission of online
applications at the CSC & HEC portal are mandatory. In case of non-submission
