Eligibility
Requirements for Master's, PhD, and MBA Programs:
When applying for scholarships at King Fahd
University in Saudi Arabia, applicants must meet the following criteria:
For Master's
Programs:
- F A four-year bachelor's degree
- F A grade-point average (GPA) of 3.00 or higher on a
scale of 4.00 or equivalent, with a GPA of 3.00 in the major field of study.
For PhD
Programs:
- F An M.S. degree (after a four-year B.S. degree)
- F A minimum GPA of 3.00 on a scale of 4.00 or equivalent in both B.S. and M.S. degrees.
For MBA
Programs:
- F A four-year bachelor's degree from a recognized
institution.
- F A grade-point average (GPA) of at least 3.00 on a
scale of 4.00 or equivalent.
- F Successful completion of a college-level calculus
course covering both differentiation and integration.
- F Proficiency in computer skills demonstrated by
completion of at least one course in that area (e.g., data processing,
programming, information systems, etc.).
- F At least one year of full-time work experience. This
requirement may be waived for graduate assistants, research assistants, and applicants
with outstanding academic records.
