Scholarships 2025-26 in Russia are entirely free scholarships for international
students. This free scholarship to study abroad in Russia will cover almost
all of the expenses, not all, but most of the expenses, such as

Eligibility Criteria for Russian Scholarships:
The following eligibility criteria will be considered for the free scholarships for
international students at the Russia Skoltech University.
- A TOEFL or IELTS score
is not required if the applicant received a degree at a university where
the medium of instruction is English.
- For master’s programs: bachelor’s or
specialist degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
- For doctoral programs: a master’s or
specialist degree or its equivalent from an accredited university.
Application Deadline:
The last date to apply for Skoltech full scholarships for international students for the 2025 academic year is July 7th, 2025, for a master’s degree, and July 1st, 2025, for a doctoral or PhD degree.
