Requirements for Application:
- Candidate must be an International
student from any country except Taiwan.
- Candidates must be healthy physically
and mentally.
- Candidates may not be recipients of
any other scholarships at that time.
- Candidates must fill out the
application form correctly, honestly, and completely, and submit
application materials according to the requirements of the university.
- Candidates with a high school degree
are eligible to apply for Bachelors’s Degree programs.
- Candidates with an
undergraduate/bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply for Master’s Degree
