Pakistan is now accepting applications for the 2024 Fulbright Scholar program,

year, USEFP created a fully financed year-long scholar program for Ph.D.
researchers, professionals, and artists from all disciplines. During their
12-month stay in the United States, the Fulbright post-doctoral candidates are

Fulbright Scholars are expected to return to their home countries and share

they hope to achieve in the United States through their study and how it would

Scholarship
Benefits:
- The Fulbright program

- Except for clinical

a Ph.D. or a terminal degree in their respective professions.
- Candidates must have
at least two years of relevant experience.
- Candidates must be
Pakistani and must live and work in Pakistan.
- Women and people
with disabilities from AJK, KPK, Baluchistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, Northern
Sindh, and Southern Punjab are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with dual
US/Pakistani citizenship are ineligible.
- Candidates with a US
national spouse or a US national kid above the age of 18 are not eligible
to apply.
- Those who have
already studied in the United States or are on a long-term program in the
last five years are not eligible to apply.
- Employees and
dependents of USEFP or the United States Department of State are
ineligible to apply.
- Candidates with work
permits in the United States are not eligible to apply.
- Applicants must have
an exceptional knowledge of the English language.
